Growth in any business is in most cases (not always) a product of a larger income produced basically due to larger volume of sales. Although this is a simplistic approach to this matter, many of you business administrators or business owners are looking for larger revenue keeping a similar or less operational costs if possible.

When this takes place, we could say the business in question may be growing at a given rate, provided the investment or infusion of resources to produce more sales is less that the net profit provided by the total sales.

In any event, we want more SALES to bring that additional revenue. What we want to do at this segment, is to open a channel for you to post specific scenarios representing, on the one hand, a challenge you have at your firm or business, and on the other, for those of you with experience or having walked similar conditions, reveal potential solutions you have applied and tested in the filed.

Naturally not all is about sales in your business; there are a number of fields that deserve all the attention of the business administrator or business owner. These may include for example financials, production, purchasing, inventory control methodology, accounting, legal, logistics, import processes, economics, you name it.

We want to create a knowledge base center for the businessperson, a compendium of experiences tested in the field of business.

At the same time, we want to propel the creation of new business, new ventures in the local community. In the process of doing this, one have a number of questions, challenges and the need of having the know-how in areas outside our experiences.

For the ones in the initiation process, we will support them with additional knowledge and resources such as business plans, knowledge of finance and control resources, etc.
